Leafy Green Bulletin Board
Materials
Backyard garden kit
Small round magnets
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Painting canvas (new or used works), you can use any size but a 12″ x 12″ canvas is shown
Sheet of metal the same size as the inside of your canvas frame
Fabric a few inches larger than your canvas, I used a 16″ x 16″ piece of fabric
Framing hardware
To construct the bulletin board
Warm up your hot glue gun and glue a thin piece of sheet metal to the backside of your canvas on the inside of the wooden frame.
Cover your canvas with a piece of fabric, and glue it in place on the back edges. Trim off any excess fabric.
Screw in framing hardware so you can mount your bulletin board on a wall.
To construct the magnets
Select a few flowers or insects from your Backyard Garden kit and mount small round magnets to the back of each one with hot glue.
Add to your magnetic bulletin board or refrigerator and you will be able to display photos or important papers in an organized and crafty way.
